The First Extrasolar War ended with the defeat of the Helghan Administration. However, this was not the end, but rather the beginning of a series of conflicts that would be called the Helghan Wars. Under the leadership of Scolar Visari, the Helghan Empire, as it came to be known, launch a campaign of vengeance against the USA and, ultimately, galactic domination.
