On May 4th 2007 president George W. Bush signed into order the National Security Presidential Directive 51. Hidden within the NSPD-51 was a set of highly secretive annexes, one of which ordered the creation of a secretive unit. This unit was tasked with ensuring the continuity of the federal government during a catastrophic event. It was given the name Strategic Homeland Division, but everyone came to know it and call it “The Division”
