Idea: Millions of volunteering colonist from across Sunda, Africa, and South American Commissariat flock into the newly colonized Arcadia. Officially to relieve the burden of the recovering post-war ecology of their old home, the only thing they hoped for are nothing more but a new home, land to plough for, and new opportunity for their life in this verdant land.
