One of three Miracle Children who had foreseen the colony drop that would destroy Sydney and devastate Australia, Michele Luio was adopted into the Luio family and rose through the ranks of Luio & Co. Luio joined the Federation’s task force code named Phoenix Hunt alongside her old friend Jona Basta in order to capture the lost Gundam known as Phenex so she could gain a Unicorn Gundam’s ability to manipulate time.
