In the aftermath of the Axis victory at the end of WWII, Japan has become the dominant superpower in Asia and the Pacific, with the Western States under its control. However, the Japanese finds itself locked in a Cold War with the Nazis with Japan at a technological disadvantage, while resistance against the Japanese threatens to erupt into a full scale insurgency.
