The figure known as Doctor K created the RPM Power Rangers to oppose the Venjix Empire’s incursions against Corinth. Doctor K was initially unseen and mysterious, frequently communicating via computer screen with the voice distorted. When Doctor K finally agreed to meet the Rangers face to face, the Rangers were surprised to find out that K was actually a teenage girl.
Of course, what the Rangers didn’t know until later was that Doctor K was the one who created Venjix.
