The Delta Quadrant is obviously far far too vast to cover all of it, but I think it would be an excellent episode to cover a summary of the regions revealed to us by the USS Voyager in the 2370s – calling it “The Voyager Corridor” would be a valuable contribution to the study of alternate worlds
