When 3 Shields of the Dauntless Vanguard, leadered by its captain, Garen Crownguard, arrived to the capital of their ancient ally of Nockmirch, they found an unexpected trap. A total of around 25 soldiers now trapped on a brisge had to defend against a horde of around 2000 Noxian warriors, and hope for reinforcements that might never arrive. (Also, probably one of the few battles on fiction where lines of organized infantry actually are that, instead of unorganized messes.)
